Established in March of 2005, the company has standing contracts with landlords, government agencies & law firms all over the United States as well clients in Canada, New Zealand, Australia & Great Britain.
Prior to officially opening its doors, an elderly gentleman walked into the office desperately seeking a process server to assist him in serving legal papers to his daughter in-law for visitation rights. The owner stopped what she was doing, looked over the papers, requested him to have a seat & told him that she would be back. She returned back to the office 20 minutes later, sat down at her desk & signed a paper. She looked at the elderly gentleman, handed him the paper & informed him that his papers were served. The gentleman looked at her with disbelief. He couldn't believe that she had served his papers so quickly without receiving a dime. She told him, that her business wasn't officially opened but when she heard the desperation in his voice & saw the sadness in his eyes; she couldn't resist helping him. The elderly gentleman called the office a couple hours later & stated that he & his daughter in-law had a long talk. They both agreed that the grandchildren were the ones who were hurting the most. The problem that existed between the two was that the children's father had a chemical dependency & the mother did not want him around the children. For the sake of his kids & his father, the children's father entered a rehabilitation center & has been alcohol & drug free ever since.
The moment the elderly gentleman walked in her office, she was trying to come up with a motto for the company. It was the joy & satisfaction in his eyes that inspired the company's motto, "Satisfaction in the Process".
